The
FAS-2 Flexometer is a unique,
easy-to-use assessment device
designed to measure low back and
hamstring flexibility. Before each
measurement session the HealthStar Manager software calibrates
the
Flexometer. Then, with shoes off,
the student sits on the floor with
legs straight and feet against the Flexometer foot stops. When
the student reaches forward as far as possible and touches a
Flexometer sensing pad, the program displays an animated
graphic of the reaching distance on-screen along with the
sensing pad number. After the student touches the same sensing
pad for 3 seconds, the program records the final flexibility score.
The FAS-2 Flexometer is lightweight, sturdy, and is impact- and
chip-resistant. It sits 2 inches off the ground and has 70
electronic sensing pads, each 1 centimeter apart. The sensing
pads have a unique electronic design that allows them to be
activated with very light fingertip pressure, making the FAS-2
Flexometer test an easy and comfortable experience for
your students.
