President's Challenge Student Reports These reports analyze your student’s fitness scores. The reports include easy-to-read bar graphs with comments that explain how to achieve and maintain healthy fitness scores. Scores from a prior assessment may be included to show change in fitness over time.

Fitness Profile Student Report Customize your own fitness assessment with the HealthStar Fitness Profile. Choose from 28 included fitness tests or new tests that you add. You can customize the report comments as well as the fitness test comparison scores. Include a prior test session for comparison and print your student’s scores in using either bar graph mode or text mode.

Rubric Report
Create your own rubric reports with HealthStar Manager. Customize the reports by adding multiple rubrics, using different background shading, and adding comments with insert codes like student first name and teacher name. Use these reports to communicate class objectives to your students and learning progress to their parents.
Student Attendance Report
This report provides an easy-to-read summary of your student’s attendance for the term. Green and blue color coding highlight days absent and tardy. Notes explaining the reasons for absent or tardy are listed. This is an excellent report for communicating attendance problems to your student or their parent.
Class Attendance Report
Print this report to see the attendance record for all the students in your class. Green and blue color coding along with two letter codes highlight the days absent and tardy and identify the reasons. The last page of the report provides a summary of the student’s attendance record for the term.
A one page graphical report with optional 2 page information pamphlet for parents. The report can show the current year test or compare test scores from two different trials, terms or years.
Class List Report
A one page report showing test scores for all students in a class. Scores above the Health and Challenge level are highlighted in green and blue colors for quick identification.
Test Administrator's Summary Report
A one page report summarizing test scores for students in grades 4, 6, 8 and 10. Report can be run for all students under a single teacher or for all students in the school.
