Mail Merge
With this feature, you can create letters and mailing labels for some or all of the clients in your database. Clients can be selected by group, gender, age, contact date, counselor, and date of last health assessment. The mail merge feature provides a quick and easy way to market your services and products to a select group of clients in the HealthWizard database.

Custom Report Header
Market your facility more effectively by adding your company’s logo to the HealthWizard assessment reports. The Custom Report Header feature lets you print any graphical image and text at the top of a report in beautiful four colors. A well-designed header will improve the appearance of the HealthWizard reports and draw attention to your company. By adding company address, phone number, email, web site and message to the report header, you have created a great marketing piece that your clients will show to their family, friends and health counselor.

Client List Report
This feature lets you print a list of clients from your database along with important information such as ID number, phone number, email address, counselor, contact date, and date of last test. You can use the report to efficiently manage routine client contact tasks. For example, you can print a list of the phone numbers for those clients scheduled to be contacted next month. Or you can print the email address and last health assessment date of all clients assigned to a particular counselor.

Calendar
A convenient and efficient way to keep track of business meetings and tasks, the calendar feature lets you log appointment times for health assessments, counseling sessions, health improvement classes, and other important meetings and events. The calendar also includes a task list feature that helps you manage your ‘to do’ list.
